20 Eastbourne Terrace wins National BCO Award

20 Eastbourne Terrace was last night (3/10/17) awarded a coveted National BCO (British Council for Offices') award, winning its category Recycled / Refurbished Workspace.

Working alongside Fletcher Priest who were responsible for the exterior cladding package, Stiff + Trevillion designed the internal refurbishment of this 1960's 18-storey office tower for LandSec. The tower is the centrepiece of three buildings located in this revitalised hub for business and retail next to Paddington Station.

The two six-storey office blocks flanking the tower have been recently refurbished and the tower represents the final phase of the regeneration project.
