40 Beak Street shortlisted for 2019 RIBA London Awards

40 Beak Street, our project for Landcap / Enstar, has been shortlisted in the 2019 RIBA London Region Awards.

Beak Street, commissioned as a speculative office with retail at street level, was completed in June 2018 and has since been brought by artist, Damien Hirst, as his London HQ.

The RIBA Award winners will be announced in May.
