Art Central, Hong Kong

The end of March saw the ninth edition of Hong Kong's harbourside art Fair, Art Central, a now well-established player in Hong Kong's spring Art Week.

Once again, Stiff+Trevillion reprised its role as Show Architect creating not only the interior layout but the vast waterside tent that houses the Fair. Responsible also for designing the ticketing, VIP, coffee and bar areas, the emphasis was again on light touch sustainable materials that can be reused or repurposed after the event.

Following its five-day showcase of over 400 artists from around the globe, presented by 70 galleries from Hong Kong, Asia and beyond, art sales were reportedly robust and the show welcomed over 40,000 visitors.
