Brick Awards 2022 - 197 High Street Kensington Commended

We are delighted that our project with L M Stern, 197 High Street Kensington, has been Commended in the 2022 Brick Awards, organised by the Brick Development Association. The project was recognised in the Commercial category with the overall winner being Squire & Partners Department Store Studios

197 High Street Kensington is small retail and office development on a prominent corner site, red brick was identified as the appropriate material choice due to the wealth of historic brick buildings in the conservation area to the south, and a loadbearing form of construction was chosen to give the building a solid, authentic quality.
