54 Brooks Mews, W1, completed

54 Brooks Mews, a boutique office project for Enstar Capital, has been completed.

Brooks Mews is 1930s’ brick building that has been fully refurbished to provide enhanced envelope performance, larger corner windows and is fitted out to Cat. A standard with raised access floors, plaster ceilings with recessed lighting and air conditioning units.

A new third floor has been added with metal and glazed curtain wall, a green roof and an external timber decked balcony with metal balustrade.
