Grass Forms commended at Natural Stone Awards

Congratulations to ‘Grass Forms’ created by Hugo Dalton which has been Highly Commended in the 2024 ‘Art in Stone’ category in the Natural Stone Awards organised by the Stone Federation Great Britain

As longterm collaborators with Dalton, we felt this project offered the ideal ‘blank canvas’ for art & architecture. And an opportunity to enhance this new building’s civic presence.

An imposing large-scale commission for Native Land for the façade of OneThreeSix, a mixed use scheme we completed in 2021, on London’s Edgware Road. Dalton’s limestone sculptural relief is embedded into the front of the building. Inspiration came from the long swaying grasses in nearby Hyde Park and provides a pocket of calm in the frenetic life of the city.
