Newson's Yard Wins at 2024 NLA Awards

Today, Thursday 21st November, Newson's Yard picked up it's second major award in as many weeks at the annual NLA Awards.

Winner of the Retail and Hospitality sector, this repurposing of an existing builders yard in Pimlico, beat a six strong shortlist to take the top spot.

Newson's Yard, former timber yard, built in the nineteenth century on a landlocked site in central London now reimagined as retail arcade, and with many independent makers, dealers and designers basing themselves nearby, this project repairs the building as a focal point for the Pimlico Road Design District.
