On the shortlist - NLA Awards 2023

Tower Bridge Court for the FORE Partnership has been shortlisted in the Retrofit category in this year's NLA Awards.

Tower Bridge Court aims to be one of London’s first net zero workplaces, a good building that actively enhances and improves its environment. The project will see the refurbishment, extension and re-purposing of an existing building creating enhanced office accommodation and the introduction of complementary commercial uses. The multi-use nature of the proposed building responds to the high demand for office space of varying sizes in the Tower Bridge area. The building will introduce a new material palette redefining and simplifying the relationship between Tower Bridge Court, the adjacent Accumulator Tower and Tower Bridge.

Winners are announced at a lunchtime awards ceremony on 15th November 2023.

The project is also nominated in the People's Choice Award. The deadline for voting is the 8th of October and you can vote using the link below:
