Pavilion Road voted one of the UK's top three streets

Pavilion Road, completed in 2016 for Cadogan, has just been voted one the top three streets in Britain following a coronation campaign organised by Create Streets - an organisation that works to create healthy and beautiful places to live and work. Pavilion Road is the only contemporary project in the top three, pipped at the post by the older Vicars Close in Wells and the High Street in Oxford, showing that modern design and architecture can create vibrant new communities with careful planning and working closely with the local community.

Previously an unloved service road, Stiff+Trevillion, created a new destination street with small, artisan food and drink sellers with a lush green public courtyard garden at the heart of the scheme.
