Planning Consent for West Sussex Coastal Home

We were delighted to receive planning consent last week (12 February 2025) for a new home in a sensitive tidal location on the West Sussex coast. The proposed site sits within Chichester Harbour, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a site of Special Scientific Interest with a mix of key habitats for waterbirds. A careful and thoughtful design was required to respect this unique and beautiful area balanced with the need to create a family home that would be resilient to changing sea levels in future.
