Planning Consent granted for Paul Street building

Stiff + Trevillion have been granted planning permission for a new building on Paul Street, EC2. The existing building is to be demolished and a new mixed-use development of up to five stories will be erected. The planning committee felt the development provided the opportunity for future employment and a good mix of housing types.
