One thing that is clear is that the eating habits of the British public have changed.

Jamie's Italian continues to expand and we have completed three more this year. Reading opened in March, Leeds in May and Liverpool in June.

Cafe Luc opened in Marylebone High Street and offers high quality brasserie style food in an elegant and uncluttered environment.

We have also added an oyster bar to Le Cafe Anglais, this has transformed the space creating three distinct areas and adds a bit of glamour to the art deco style of the original.

In January Costa Coffee selected us to create a new metropolitan brand design for some of their key urban stores. The first pilot opened in Great Portland Street in July and Farringdon followed in August, sales are good and the concept will be rolled out further.

Our first jbs for The Gondola Group have also opened with Zizzi at Tower Hill and Pizza Express in Herne Hill.
