RIBA Awards 2025 - on the shortlist

Grand Central Apartments for LBS and Newson's Yard for Grosvenor have been shortlisted for the 2025 RIBA (London Region) Awards. Grand Central Apartments is a residential tall building completed in 2023 and Newson's Yard, a design-focused shopping arcade, completed in 2022 - and has already been recognised in both the WAF and NLA Awards.

RIBA Winners will be announced in May.
