River Building announced as BCO Regional Finalist

The River Building, for the Blackstone Group, has been announced as a London Region Finalist in the 2018 BCO Awards. The project has been shortlisted in the Recycled / Refurbished Workspace category. Winners will be announced at the London Awards Lunch on 18 April 2018.

The River Building is a two-storey structure bridging the landmark towers of Cannon Street Station. This was a challenging project, set over a busy working railway station with deep floor plates, requiring creative solutions.

Stiff+Trevillion created new Grade A workspace, independent of Cannon Bridge house with its own distinct identity. Embracing the unique character and constraints of the original structure the design repositioned the building to fit a newly emerging tenant profile.
