Stiff + Trevillion's 'Exemplary' scheme for The Alchemi Group recieves planning consent

Stiff + Trevillion's residential scheme, 33 Horseferry Road, recieved unanimous support at last night's Westminster Planning Committe, with the project described as 'exemplary architecture' by Cllr Davis, Chair of the Planning Committee.

The project will see the demolition of Great Minster North at 33 Horseferry Road SW1 and its replacement with three buildings to include up to 160 flats. Retail is proposed at ground floor, with two flexible retail/restaurant units, basement parking and landscaped communal gardens.

Mike Stiff said, “This is our third project with Alchemi Group. Our work with them is characterised by high quality design and the use of carefully selected materials in an unusual and eye catching way. We believe that this new building will enhance and enliven the street scene and public realm in this up and coming part of Westminster.”
