Two new restaurant openings for Stiff + Trevillion

Restaurants for Mark Hix and Villandry are set to open over the next couple of weeks.

Hixter, a new chicken and steak restaurant is due to open before Christmas and is already taking advance bookings. Hixter is based in the City and will also feature Mark's Bar in the basement, open til 2am.

Villandry Grand Cafe in Waterloo Place SW1 opens this week and offers the classic Villandry all-day dining experience in a beautiful building, meticulously restored by Stiff + Trevillion.
