UK Timber Design Conference

Next week, Wednesday 26th June 2024, sees the inaugural UK Timber Design Conference — a one-day event focused on accelerating a low carbon transformation of the built environment using timber.

Stiff + Trevillion's Associate, Nahdya Thebault, is part of a panel discussion, 'Timber on Top: A new future for timber in our urban centres’ at 2:15pm alongside Whitby Wood Director Kelly Harrison and creative real estate developer Ben Cross. Chaired by Built by Nature UK Networks Lead Joe Giddings, the speakers will discuss the potential + viability of extending upwards using mass timber to increase capacity while creating carbon sinks on top of our cities.
