World Architecture Festival Awards, 2009

Stiff + Trevillion travelled to Barcelona in November to present the Portobello Dock project at the World Architecture Festival. Unusually, no UK practices won in any of the categories. Portobello Dock was a runner up in the 'Office' category, however it was Behnisch Architekten who won. The German architects from Hamburg designed a 'dynamic new headquarters' for the Unileverhaus Germany Company. It was fascinating to be part of such an impressive range of architects from all over the world.
