Dimitar has worked internationally on projects in the UK, mainland Europe, Asia, and the Middle East for a number of high-profile practices. His experience ranges across all phases of development and construction, including technical and contractual aspects of the projects. He has overseen many award-winning projects across retail, residential, office, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. Dimitar is also passionately interested in planning and delivery of mixed-use urban projects with the community at their core, as well as entrepreneurial project management and future urban strategies for growth and resilience.
Dimitar holds a Diploma from the Architectural Association School of Architecture (RIBA Part I & II), and an ARB / RIBA Part III Postgraduate Diploma with Distinction in Architectural Practice Management from the University of Westminster. He is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), the Architects Registration Board (ARB, UK), the Architectural Association London (AA), the Chamber of Architects in Bulgaria (CAB), the London School of Economics / Cities Urban Age, and the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders (ULI).
In his spare time, Dimitar passionate photographer, self-taught culinary artist, international beer collector and a yoga enthusiast.
