Tim Blackwell

Tim qualified with a Batchelor of Architecture from University College Dublin in 2009 and undertook his professional studies with the University of Westminster in 2014.

He joined Stiff + Trevillion in 2022 having previously worked as Associate Director with a central London practice focussed on the design and delivery of many high-end residential and commercial projects. He has a wide range of design and construction experience in dealing with Heritage buildings (Grade I & II Listed) across many central London boroughs.

Tim is currently working on 26 Red Lion Square, a workplace scheme that is transforming a prominent office building in Holborn. The project will deliver the replacement of an aged and poorly performing façade along with the building’s existing services and fit-out to deliver a sensitive and sustainable development of optimal future flexibility and adaptability.

Tim is a member of Crossfit Hackney and enjoys farming on the family beef farm in Ireland.
