A comprehensive refurbishment, re-coring and extension to an existing office building in the heart of Mayfair (constructed 2002). Additional terraced upper floors utilise a hybrid CLT & steel structure to reduce embodied carbon and create outdoor space with a sky lobby and terrace at roof level enhancing well being and green space. Re-modeled facades at ground floor reactivate the existing ground floor commercial units and a new public art proposal will be integrated into the architecture to add further interest to the streetscape.
