A 1930s’ brick building refurbished by Stiff and Trevillion to provide enhanced envelope performance, larger corner windows and fitted out to Cat A standard with raised access floors, plaster ceilings with recessed lighting and air conditioning units. A new third floor was added with metal and glazed curtain wall, a green roof and external timber decked balcony with metal balustrade.
