A fabric first approach to maximise retention and reuse embodied carbon whilst delivering an all-electric highly efficient refurbished office building. The design seeks to improve the office accommodation and build on the quality of the existing structure. The scheme is designed to allow for flexibility of use to prolong the buildings life span.
