Rick Stein Restaurants, Southern England

The largest of our restaurants for Rick Stein is at Sandbanks, in a large, low building that has one main event: a breathtaking view across Poole Harbour. Accordingly, the spaces are arranged to optimise this, with a cosy, tactile bar area near the entrance leading – via a wine room-flanked stair – to a crisply-detailed dining room with panoramic windows. The Barnes restaurant also takes advantage of a water view, here onto the River Thames, while at Marlborough we refitted a listed building to become part of the brand family.
