The Italian Building is a retrofit project that celebrates the existing features of a former Edwardian warehouse and transforms it into a co-living home from that enhances the wellbeing of both residents and guests. Offering a unique co-living solution, 28 private studios and a spacious communal living area, that are all consciously designed to foster community and wellbeing. Beautiful period features such as cast-iron gates and green-framed windows have been retained. New carpentry around the building uses up-cycled timber courtesy of social enterprise, Goldfinger Factory
