A mixed-use development on this key corner in Notting Hill Gate. With retail at ground floor and 19 apartments above, the Victorian terrace facing Notting Hill Gate has been retained and reused, preserving the Dundee Marmalade " ghost sign". The corner building was stripped back to the frame extended and re-elevated in Portland stone. Notting Hill Gate is being reimagine and this project marks one the first new schemes contributing to its regeneration.
